Reversals
"Reversal" is the word that is used to describe a short, grammatically correct sentence that occurs in the Reverse of Forwards Speech. When we listen to Speech in Reverse we simply record someone speaking or singing and we Reverse the Audio Track using a modified cassette tape player/recorder or software on the computer. We then play this Reversed version of the Audio Track, and listen for short grammatically correct sentences.
Once we find one of these Reversals we simply cut it out of the main Audio Track and place it into it's own file or Audio Track. We also usually save the Reversal at three speeds, 100%, 85%, and 70% respectively so that it is easy to hear the Validity of the Reversal and to make sure that it is correct.
Generally, we also save a portion of the Forwards Speech with the Reversal so that you know the subject that is being communicated in the Forwards Speech. This is important because the Reversal relates directly to the subject that is being discussed in the Forwards Speech.
Children's Reversals
Children's Reversals are the greatest. We have come to discover that speech begins at a very early age of around four months and develops in the Reverse Mode first before their speech develops in the Forwards Mode. By the time a child begins speaking forwards, they are putting together quite complex sentences in Reverse.
- In this first example we have an Audio Track of a child, 7 Months of Age that suddenly notices the tape recorder in her fathers hand and reaches for it. Forwards we hear only baby gibberish but in Reverse she plainly says, "What's that?"
- This next example is an excellent Reversal that shows how children are developing quite complex sentences in Reverse before they begin to develop Forwards Speech. This is a 10 month old child that has been picked up and carried into another room and as she is being carried away, in Reverse she says, "I now come here." You can also see from this Reversal how the young mind is developing concepts that we take for granted such "Here" vs. "There" and "Come" vs. "Go" which she has not got quite right yet but working on it.
- Ever wondered what your child Thinks of you? Here is a great Reversal where a mother and daughter are playing together and we can Hear very plainly hear what the daughter Thinks of her mother. Monitoring a Childs Development in their early years using Reverse Speech could greatly benefit the relationship with your child and could potentially root out Development Problems before they become a problem. The young daughter simply declares, "Our Mommy is sweet."
- Ever had to change a particularly messy diaper? We know the answer to that question. But does your child appreciate your help? Are they even aware that they have a messy diaper? Using Reverse Speech and caught quite by accident, it sure sounds like the little guy would appreciate some help. While Dad retrieves a Diaper and states he is doing so, this youngster asks questionably, "A diaper?", but what is he really saying in Reverse?

Historic Reversals
During the course of Research of this new science, Reverse Speech, there have been many occasions when we were able to analyze Historic Events that have been recorded to Records, Reel to Reel tapes, or actual Celluloid Film from the movies and television, all outdated modes of technology now. We find some pretty Interesting Reversals in doing this and some Reversals as far back as the 1920's have actually been found on old Records.
This we predict will become a whole new Branch of Research in Reverse Speech as there is 100 times more data and recordings to parse through and all of it needs to be converted to Usable Media and then Analyzed. Perhaps we would find Answers to some of histories most Intriguing Mysteries. Well, at least as far back as Recording Technology we mean to say.
- Hear this excellent Reversal on astronaut Neil Armstrong as he steps foot for the first time on the Moon. In his Forwards Speech he Miss-Speaks himself and says something that really doesn't make sense Forwards. He should have said, "That's one small step for A man," and not the, "That's one small step for man." which is what he actually says. Right where Neil Armstrong miss-speaks himself, we find a Reversal that says, "Man will space walk." We often find Reversals where there are imperfections in the Forwards Speech. If you listen closely to someone Speaking Forwards you will notice that their speech is filled with Stammers, Stutters, and Slight Miss-pronunciations and this is where we find a lot of the Reversals.
- The John F. Kennedy assassination was one of America's worst historical disasters. We still Wonder today, Why and what for. This Reversal is taken from a Recording of the Live Commentary that was In Progress at the moment President Kennedy was shot while riding in the Motorcade. You can clearly hear what would be the obvious Thoughts and Feelings of the Commentator at the moment of Realization of what had just occurred. Listen carefully because in the Commentators Panic, his speech is very fast as he exclaims, "Hold it! He's shot bad! Try and look up!" The Reversal also gives hint to where the Shots came from.
- A more Recent Historical event, the Tragedy of 9/11 will not now, nor ever be forgotten. This is a simple short Reversal on a Reporter just after the 9/11 Attacks. It really sums up the Feeling throughout the Civilized World. She states, "Brave Eagle, We're Sad."
- There was a time that when a President spoke to the Senate, it was a Historical Event and everyone wanted to know what was said. Not so much these days though. Perhaps it is out of Fashion or maybe the Senate is tired of having Insults slung at them. Whatever the reason, I would think that after having said this little Snippet to the Senate, our President will have a hard time convincing them of anything. He just merely proclaims, "Senate, They're all First Year Losers."
